RF Technologies offers a full line of manual and automatic on/off control valves with mechanical and air-actuated designs...

...featuring working pressures up to 600 psi/40 bar...

...and built to Industry Standard ASME/ANSI B16.1, DIN 3202 F5/F15 and ISO 5752 face-to-face dimensions, allowing interchangeability with most ball, plug, diaphragm and gate valves.

What differentiates all RF Valves from their competitors is their patented non-stretch tube design featuring two joint-like expansion arches that flex instead of stretching when closing. This feature also permits standard ASME/ANSI B16.1, DIN 3202 F5/15 and ISO 5752 face-to-face designs, and contributes to RF Valves' remarkable wear/higher cycle life over conventional pinch, metal, or lined valve types.

Since the elastomer does not need to be stretched to close the valve, the tube is stiffer and stronger than conventional pinch valves; this, combined with the expansion-joint-like arches, makes the tube more stable under low or fluctuating line pressures and even vacuum conditions!

Full-port and reduced-port tubes permit precise throttling control.

RF tubes are available in a wide range of high-pressure, wear-resistant elastomers that outperform more expensive 316, stellite, or alloy ball, plug, globe, diaphragm and conventional pinch valves in abrasive, scaling or corrosive services. KEVLAR® reinforcing cords add unsurpassed performance under high loads. Our VITON®- and TEFLON®-lined tubes withstand even the most chemically aggressive and corrosive process conditions.

A SMART ValveTM Wear-Monitoring Sensor wire is imbedded between the reinforcing cords and wear rubber to alert maintenance personnel that the tube needs replacement.

The self-cleaning, flexing action of the elastomer tube prevents build-up of scaling deposits and thus guarantees that the valve will not seize or jam, even with high solids.

In-line tube-change capability saves maintenance time and eliminates the need for recalibration.

Zero-leakage shut-off, seamless flange-to-flange tube construction, and sealed body design eliminate the need for valve stems, packings, or seals that can leak.
